Dorset South West Coast Path 2027

In 2027, Talkthewalks is taking on the Dorset section of the South West Coast Path, from South Haven Point to Lyme Regis, including Portland, over nine separate stages.

The idea is to walk it as a journey together: returning to the coast across the spring and summer, covering a different section each time and gradually making our way west across Dorset.

This is designed as a series rather than nine unrelated day walks, so places will be aimed primarily at people who would like to commit to the whole route. Inevitably life happens, and missing an occasional stage should not mean the whole challenge is lost – see the booking information below.

Expect cliffs, beaches, hills, villages, huge coastal views and some properly challenging Dorset miles, with the usual Talkthewalks emphasis on a sociable, supportive day rather than speed.
